Ingredients
          1 cup rice
          1 cube vegetable broth
          2 carrots
          3 tbsp canned peas
          100 g mushrooms
          3 tbsp sunflower oil

          Method
              Rice is washed with water until it became clear and leave to soak in it. Grate the carrots and sauté lightly in fat and water, equal parts. In a pan pour stewed carrots, peas, chopped mushrooms and pour 4 cups water is added and the broth. Place the pan in the oven and bake at 200 C, while the water boils. Then strain the rice from water and put in a pan. Bake until ready.
