Roasted cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
2-3 tbsp olive oil, sunflower oil or sesame sunflower oil
salt
spices of your choice

Method
Cauliflower is washed and cleaned, chopped on roses. Put it in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and spices - may be red or black pepper, garlic powder or crushed cloves, curry or whatever else you like. Watered with the fat and stir gently. Pour into pan and bake in preheated oven for strong about 20-25 minutes until golden brown and nice browned at the edges, stirring 1-2 times.

Gerry, I'm glad you liked it. It was a new way, usually broccoli and cauliflower them brew and bake or broil only, but with sauce and so become heme nice rubbery, yet retain the freshness and crunchiness :)
