4 quinces
10 tbsp sugar
1 handful of walnuts
jam figs for garnish
Method
Quinces are cut in half and clean out the seeds. Place tray in a finger of water and wet all sides, in order to adhere the sugar, which is sprinkled. Baked in an oven at a temperature of 220 C and having a boil, the temperature is reduced to be able to be golden brown top. Garnish with a fig, sprinkle with walnuts and served with red wine.
