Roasted salmon with wine

Ingredients
5-6 pieces salmon fillet
2-3 tbsp butter (room temperature)
100 ml white wine
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dry)
pepper, salt

Method
The washed and dried fish is seasoned with salt and pepper. Allow to stand for about 20 minutes, then placed in a greased baking dish and smeared over with the butter. Mix in a small bowl, wine, lemon juice and parsley. Pour the mixture over the fish and put in preheated oven. Bake at 220 ° C for about 20 minutes.
