Roulades of beef stuffed with

Ingredients
700 g of beef apple or topside
100 g smoked brisket
4 tbsp peas
4 tbsp steamed rice
2 pickles
flour
frying fat
4 tbsp broth
black pepper
salt
Method
The meat is cut across the muscle of 8 patty that crushed both sides shpikovat from the outside with thin julienne smoked brisket, add salt and pepper scatter. Steamed rice and peas mixed with chopped pickles and assigned to the schnitzel. Put it in a strip of smoked breasts and cutlets are wrapped in rolls that are securely tied with thread. Rolled in flour and fry in preheated oil. After frying put for a few minutes in a hot oven, covered in grease from frying and broth.
