Spinach
lettuce
boiled chestnuts
hazelnuts
ham
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
salt
parsley

Method
Wash and dry the spinach and lettuce. Cut and distribute them in a bowl. In a heated pan with olive oil fry until browning chestnuts and hazelnuts. Add a little balsamic vinegar and parsley. Mix fried chestnuts and hazelnuts with spinach and lettuce and shred ham. Season salad with salt and lemon juice. * I have not identified the right products for the salad. Stay on your own to judge proportions. * Serve the salad with a glass of chilled white wine.
