Ingredients
100 g filo pastry sheets
70 g butter
1 liter milk
60 g starch vanilla
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp caster sugar
4 eggs

Method
In an oiled tray crushed sheet and bake until golden pieces with butter evenly distributed. Pour cream vanilla: vanilla and starch mixed with milk, egg yolks and beat with 1 cup sugar. Then, carefully mixed and boiled until thickening. Pour into the sheet. Egg whites are broken down into snow with powdered sugar, are smeared, sprinkle with chopped walnuts and bake at low or heated oven until the egg whites harden.

Yes they establishments offer it as a napoleon. I also do it for many years. Really great happens with noodles, but the sheet is nice. Who try it will not be sorry.
