Soup salmon - head, tail

Ingredients
1 kg kit soup fresh salmon
5-6 potatoes
5-6 carrots
1 large onion
2-3 large sprigs of celery (maybe head)
2 small zucchini
1-2 red peppers
1/2 cup Rice
pepper
oil
lemon juice
Method
Peel the potatoes. Clean and wash the vegetables. Boil them whole in salted water - spend a few celery leaves for garnish the finished soup. Subtract them with latticed spoon in a bowl. In the resulting broth boil and fish. Please remove it with a slotted spoon into another container, strain the broth, put it boil again and pour the rice. Once the rice is tender add the cooked onion, finely chopped, pepper, olive oil, cleaned the pieces of fish bones. Add more salt if necessary, lemon juice to taste, finely chopped celery leaves. * On the other vegetables do salad, chop them, add salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon and mayonnaise to taste. Serve the soup.
