200 g of fresh spinach (type of salad)
400 g potatoes
70 g smoked bacon thinly sliced
olive oil, salt, black pepper
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes . Boil them steam for about 20 minutes. Clean the spinach, wash well and dry it. Put it in court for serving Salt lightly and sprinkle with 2-3 tbsp olive oil. Cut bacon in small pieces and fry or bake in a Teflon pan without oil until crispy.
