Method
The butter (margarine) stir up the white, fluffy mass. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, salt and egg whites and stir 2-3 minutes of the highest degree. Mix the flour and starch. Put them in 3-4 tbsp of flour, mix very briefly on the lowest level, as only assume, then again put 3-4 tbsp and mix again briefly, so add flour until use. The dough was transferred into a syringe (in portions) and extruded biscuits on baking paper. Heat the oven to 150 C with a fan (170 coils). The biscuits are baked according to the size between 6 and 10 minutes, no need to turn red. Leave to cool completely. Biscuits stick in two with the chocolate spread or jam, warmed in a water bath. The most convenient chocolate to put in a bag, to cut the end and so be applied to crackers. When the chocolate is cool, melt couverture and bonded biscuits dip in it. In the crackers can be put spices and optional - cinnamon, cloves, ginger, cardamom, etc. You can add ground nuts, 1 cup ground nuts increases the butter with about '50 Select spray with a slightly wider neck. My biscuits were relatively small dose and reached for my 7 trays 36 pieces. Sounds a lot, but it filled a large bowl.

Unfortunately I do not own pictures of the finished cookies. Memory card was full, pulled her off the pictures involved to take out and put baking pans to molding, then her little wasted somewhere. Several days passed until I buy a new one, and during that time we ate biscuits.

They look very appetizing, put in favorites. Thanks for the recipe!
