Stew of potatoes and leeks

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
1 stalk leek
1 carrot
2 tomatoes or 1 cup canned
100 g rice
1 stalk celery
pinch savory
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp flour
2-3 sprigs fresh parsley
50-60 g fat
salt

Method
Leek and carrot finely chopped and stew with fat and a cup of water or broth. Once softened add the paprika, the washed rice and savory. 10 minutes later put the grated tomato, diced potatoes, chopped celery and add salt to taste. Make more water or broth and boil until ready. Shortly before removing from heat and add fuzzy flour with a little water. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
