Stewed meat with soy sprouts

Ingredients
100 g pork or veal
300 g soy sprouts
1 small tomato
2-3 cloves garlic
soy sauce
sodium glutamate
pepper
Vietnamese parsley
vegetable oil
Method
Cut the meat into thin rectangular pieces. Heat the oil to high temperatures. First put the garlic and fry, then the meat once it has brownish color (this happens a few minutes) add chopped tomato crescents, put a little salt and stir well until the tomato sauce release. Add soy sprouts, soy sauce and spices, without parsley. Mix well and when soy sprouts become transparent, the dish is ready. When serving sprinkle with parsley Vietnamese.
