Vegan cabbage Nadia

Ingredients
1 cabbage
1 onion
5 tbsp paprika
1 bay leaf
pepper, savory, celery, salt
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
Cabbage cut into strips and crushed with salt. Chop the onion, put it in a large pot (maybe pan) and fry in the oil. Add cabbage to onion +2 cup water and bay leaf. Put the lid and stew 15-20 minutes. Add red pepper, 1 pinch of celery, 2 pinches of herbs and pepper. Stir and sandwiching a further 10 minutes. Cabbage pour into pan (nice to have a little water, if not boil dry add to the cabbage is not dry after browning) and bake in preheated oven about 15-20 minutes. * I usually clean off the bay leaf before Roasting and also try cabbage taste if something I like, add more spices, mostly salt.

And I really love such zelentse, and do it the same way, except that put thyme instead of celery. :)

I will try next time with thyme :) And home is very favorite. I like to put pepper on almost everything and I admit that I do zelentseto to nalyutyava. This opens the appetite, that always ends very quickly!
