Vegan mekitsi

Ingredients
500 ml lukewarm water
20 g yeast
1 level tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 kg flour

Method
First dissolve the yeast in a bowl with 200 ml water. Dissolve into a uniform liquid is poured into the container, which will be kneaded dough. Add salt, sugar, the oil and the remaining 300 ml water and stirred. Then flour was added in portions, and may not use all the flour, but only as necessary to give a soft dough slightly sticky. Allow to warm to rise, then the mekitsi fry in a well heated sunflower oil, being detached from the dough and disarrange to obtain the desired amount of mekichkite. In tousle of the mekitsi need hands to be greased with sunflower oil, it does not stick dough hands.
