Wholemeal bread baking

Ingredients
330 ml water
1 and 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp fat (olive oil, sunflower oil)
350 g wholemeal
200 g white flour
1 tsp dry yeast

Method
The recipe is for a small bakery to 900 g of bread. In the container of bakery put water, salt, sugar and fat. Add both flours (mixed) and made a hole in the flour at one end of the container is put yeast. The machine is set to * main * bread, large size, medium toast.
