Ingredients
6 slices of fried
65 g butter
150 g ham
3 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
pepper, salt
sprig of parsley
Method
On each slice of fried put thin slice of ham and half egg (sliced lengthwise and sandwiching). Sprinkle with salt and pepper, sauce of mayonnaise and mustard and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
