Apple sponge cake with coconut for baking

Ingredients
3 large eggs
150 g starch lemon or vanilla
1 cup sifted flour
3/4 cup yogurt
1 cup sugar
5 tbsp coconut
3 tbsp cinnamon
3 drops of rum essence
3 large apples - peeled and grated
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon or vanilla starch
1/2 cup sunflower oil
15 g baking powder

Method
Egg whites are separated from the yolks and broken snow. Gently stir the yolks. The flour is sieved and blended with the starch and baking powder. Grated apples mixed with cinnamon, 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp starch. In bakery put yogurt, the oil beaten whites and yolks and finally the flour with the starch. After the signal for additional products put apples. Bake cake program. Cuts are completely cool.
