Ingredients
500 g lamb breast (ribs)
1 large potato
50 g peas
1 onion
1 green apple
10 olives pitted
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp butter
salt, black pepper and parsley

Method
Lamb cooks and cleans bones. Broth of boiled meat strain. It put peas, sliced ​​potatoes, onions and meat. Boil until ready vegetables. Then add the tomato paste, olives, sliced ​​apples, add salt and seasoned with pepper. Dovaryava another 5 minutes. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
