Balkan Queen

Ingredients
800 g young veal
5-6 onions
4-5 cloves garlic
1 cup white wine
7-8 tbsp pork lard
1 bunch parsley
1 tsp paprika
1 chili pepper
salt
Method
Sweep meat dry with a towel. Shpikovayte it with garlic and place in baking dish. Cut the onion into slices and cover the meat. Add salt to taste. In a separate bowl, mix the parsley and pepper, chopped, red pepper and wine and pour over the meat. Pour the fat. Cover the container tightly with foil and bake 1 hour in moderate oven without opening.
