Banitsa with cottage cheese

Ingredients
1 tsp salt
500 g flour
1 and 1/2 cup lukewarm water
300 g cottage cheese
125 g butter
Method
Of flour, water and salt are rarely prepared dough to which is added the cottage cheese. The mixture was poured into a heated pan, which is half melted butter. Watered with remaining butter and bake.
