Batter - III type

Ingredients
5 eggs
1 liter milk
500 flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp sugar
vanilla
jam, jam, honey or chocolate optional
sunflower oil or lard for frying
butter or margarine spreads
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
Stir nice eggs. Add milk and flour and mix until the average thick porridge. Add salt, sugar and vanilla. Greased bottom of a medium skillet with oil (I prefer lard). Fry on both sides until golden. After removing from heat each pancake smeared with butter or margarine. Topped with jam, jam, honey or chocolate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and Serve warm.
