Beans Mom

Ingredients
300-400 g beans
150 ml tomato juice
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp mint
1 tbsp flour
7 tbsp sunflower oil
1-2 tsp salt

Method
Beans soak in cold water for about 2-3 hours. Then pour the water and put the beans in a saucepan and pour cold water again, close the pan with a lid and place it on the stove to boil beans beans must soften. Then throw the water from the pot, and pour cold water again and add two chopped onions. Return beans to the new water to boil and boil until beans is completely cooked. Without you remove from heat, pour into a bowl of tomato juice, add 2 tsp red pepper and 1 tbsp flour. All this stir nice to not get lumpy. Reduce the heat and a slow stream while stirring the beans are poured into the pan, keep mixing until a broth of beans. Add 7 tbsp sunflower oil (if you can and more). Salting to taste and add 1 tsp mint leave another 5-10 minutes. to boil on the stove over low heat. You can serve the dish of your favorite people, sprinkled with parsley optional.
