Bed potato salad

Ingredients
6 large potatoes
butter or margarine
# For the filling:
100 g cheese
1-2 tbsp chopped parsley
200 g mayonnaise
salt, pepper
100 g ham
cucumber
peas canned
canned corn
cheese

Method
Peel the potatoes and turn with foil. Bake in the oven until they are ready (by stingy be soft). Ham, cheese and cucumber cut into cubes and mix with mayonnaise, chopped parsley, corn, peas, salt and pepper. Peel the potatoes from fthe oil and cut in two. Inside creases with butter, until a paste and evens. On each half potato put 1 tbsp of the mixture on top and sprinkle with grated feta cheese. Serve warm.

Bravo for the idea seems very tasty!

like me. Such potatoes I ate sea, only bake them in something like a furnace. They are great, but I have not thought to do them in us, Bravo goes to Favorites
