Breaded ham

Ingredients
400-600 g of ham or cooked sausage
2 eggs
Flour
breadcrumbs
frying oil
cheese
Method
Ham cut into slices, add some flour, dip in beaten eggs and then in breadcrumbs and leave a few minutes to rest. Fry in very hot oil until golden color. Still hot sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve immediately with mashed potatoes and season salad. The ham can be premixed batter in bread crumbs and grated cheese, but then to be immersed alternately 2 times in beaten eggs and breadcrumbs mixture and cheese.
