Brussels sprouts salad with eggs and ham

Ingredients
750 g Brussels sprouts, cleaned
4 eggs
8-10 cherry-tomatoes
200 g ham
# For the dressing:
4-5 tbsp remoulade
1/2 tsp mustard
salt, pepper
30-40 ml water

Method
Cabbage is boiled for 10 minutes in salted water. The water is decanted and cabbage flush with cold water until cool. Simultaneously with cabbage boiled eggs for 8-10 minutes. Cool in a cold water and peel. Halve tomatoes, ham cut into thin strips. All products are broken dressing in a blender to air mixture. In bowl mix sprouts, tomatoes and ham. Bathed with the dressing and garnish with chopped eggs.

I love sprouts and decided to try a salad. It was very tasty, the only change on my part was that it boiled cabbage and baked it on the grill. Great recipe!

Marietta, I'm glad you liked the salad. I've never done sprouts grill admit that 1-2 years ago I did not even like ... Now with this salad I loved it, but I never thought of that can be prepared in a manner other than boiled. Thanks for the idea :)
