Butcher kebab

Ingredients
600 g shileshko meat
300 g shileshki trivia
300 ml milk
200 ml white wine
125 g butter
4-5 green onions links
4 eggs
parsley
4-5 sprigs of mint
lemon juice
pepper
pepper
salt
Method
Cut the meat and entrails of in small pieces and leave for 3-4 hours to cool in a marinade made from chopped onion, parsley, mint, pepper, salt and part of wine. Then place in a ring casseroles, put it the butter, make up the remaining wine, sprinkle with paprika, Cover with a lid and stew in the oven. Once the meat is tender Bake uncovered. Finally, pour the mixture of beaten eggs and milk and optional with lemon juice.
