Butcher lamb kebab
Ingredients
1 kg lamb
15 scallions
4 chilies
4 tomatoes
1/2 bunch parsley
mint
salt
pepper
1/2 cup white wine
# TOPPING:
3 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup milk
Method
Cut the meat into chunks and fry. Add all products without wine, pour 1/2 cup water and boil. When the dish is almost ready add the wine and allow to boil for a while. Hoarse in the pan and pour the beaten eggs with milk and bake in a hot oven.
