Ingredients
200 g coconut
200 g feta cheese Mascarpone
100 g butter
400 ml condensed milk
3 tbsp honey
100 g peeled almond nuts

Method
Mix in a fireproof container milk and the butter, heat water bath. Stir until melted and homogenized. Add chips and a nice mix. Remove and place in a container with cold water cool for hours. Beat the mascarpone with the honey, add the cooled cocoa mixture. Bake almonds in the oven or a dry pan. Shape mixture of coconut ball in the middle place one almond kernel. Finished roll in coconut candy. Place in paper cups and refrigerate 3-4 hours before presentation.

Very tasty! Thanks for the recipe. I use another where no cheese (only condensed milk, butter and coconut), but the mascarpone and honey give them a softer taste. Otherwise become very sweet condensed milk.

made without honey, that I was too sweet. I added two crushed not very small waffle cones for hrupkavina. Next time I think to double mascarpone expense of condensed milk, and then you put honey to achieve the required sweetness.
