Cheese soup

Ingredients
2 cups milk
1 onion
roots soup - parsley, carrot, celery
1 bunch fresh parsley
200 g cheese
the juice of 1/2 lemon
30 g butter

Method
Onions and roots are boiled in salted water, drained and Strain with milk, half the parsley and the butter. The resulting paste is back in the broth and boil again. Once boiling, add the grated cheese and boil until melted cheese. The soup is served warm, sprinkled with remaining parsley and seasoned with pepper.
