Ingredients
          4 chicken breasts
          2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
          50 g onion
          200 g red peppers
          200 g green peppers
          200 g fresh mushrooms
          the juice of 1 lemon
          1 tbsp ( 10 g) red pepper
          salt
          pepper
          100 ml chicken broth
          100 ml cream
          3 yolks
          2 tbsp (20 ml) dry white wine
              Method
              Chicken meat is washed, dried and cut into strips. The oil is placed in a preheated baking dish, heat 1 minute at 600 watts and add chicken. Hold for 5 minutes at 600 Deut. Add chopped onion, cleaned, washed and cut into strips peppers, mushrooms and spices and again put in the oven for 6 minutes at 600 Deut. Pour chicken broth and bake another 7 minutes. The cream is mixed with the egg yolks, add the wine and added to the sauce. Serve with a side of rice.
