Chicken Dobroudja

Ingredients
1.5 kg white chicken meat
100 g melted butter
100 g onion
100 g carrots
20 g of tomato paste
200 g red tomatoes
100 g large olives
150 g mushrooms
20 g flour
50 g of white wine
parsley, salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp savory
4-5 garlic cloves
1/2 lemon

Method
White meat chicken is cut into strips, fry and remove. In the same fat roux made from onions, carrots, tomato paste, flour and diluted with broth. Add scalded olives, fried meat, white wine, pepper and stewed mushrooms. Sandwiching dish boil on medium heat. When the meat is tender, add chopped tomatoes, garlic, parsley, savory and lemon juice. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
