20 g corn
20 g pickles
20 g carrots (grated)
20 g mushrooms
20 g grated cheese (strips)
salt, pepper
30 g flour
2 eggs
sunflower oil

Method
Hammer meat is then seasoned with salt and spices. At one end is placed stuffing made from potatoes, corn, chopped cucumbers and mushrooms, shredded carrots and cheese. Furling steak roll, then rolled in flour and eggs. Fry in oil until ready.
