Chicken kavarma brandy

Ingredients
400 g chicken
2 large onions
2 peppers (maybe roasted)
1 carrot
1 and 1/2 tsp curry
1 tsp pepper
2 pinches savory
3 cloves garlic
3-4 tablespoons olive oil (sunflower oil)
75 ml brandy
2. tsp paprika
2 tbsp tomato paste

Method
Cut the meat into cubes, pepper and onion strips, sliced ​​carrot. In a saucepan put the meat and brandy. Mix nice and leave to stand for 15 minutes - so leave brandy chicken meat and makes it more fragile, and also adds a nice flavor. After having sat, add it to the onions, carrots and peppers, seasoning with 400 ml water, put the olive oil (the oil) and put to boil. Add the curry powder, pepper, paprika and tomato paste. Letting it cook on slow fire. When thickened, put the garlic cloves (crushed or whole). Let the fire still 15 minutes.
