Chicken with melted cheese

Ingredients
4 chicken breast fillets
1 sprig of basil or 1 tbsp dried
150 g processed cheese
2 eggs
8 tbsp breadcrumbs
100 g canned peas
1 tbsp cow butter
200 g mushrooms
salt
pepper
Method
Cut pocket in each portion of meat. Chops are basil and mix with processed cheese cut into cubes. The meat was filled with this mixture. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Dip in beaten eggs, rolled in breadcrumbs and fry on each side for about 8-10 minutes. Peas boil 4 minutes in salted water and drained. Sliced ​​mushrooms smothered in butter then add peas and finished. Season with salt and pepper. Meat served with vegetables decorated with basil leaves.
