Chicken Tabak

Ingredients
1 chicken
1/3 cup sunflower oil
30 g butter
5 cloves garlic
2 tomatoes
2-3 scallions
salt
pepper
Method
Chicken is cleaned, washed and cut into two halves spine. Halves crushed with a wooden mallet as steaks, smeared with garlic, crushed with salt and put in a hot pan with vegetable oil. Above are pressed with a lid and weight in order to maintain the flat shape, and are fried. They addressed during frying and add the butter. Serve topped with tomatoes and onions.
