Chocolate souffle

Ingredients
200 g of dark chocolate
120 g semolina
40 g starch
6 eggs
6-7 tbsp sugar
little fat
1 tsp cocoa
Method
Chocolate is melted in a water bath with 1 tbsp milk. Allow to cool and during that time is broken yolks. Semolina is mixed with starch and 5-6 tbsp sugar and added to the above mixture. Egg whites are broken down into firm snow with 1 tbsp sugar added at the last moment and place in the mixture. Mix and pour into greased baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated 220 C oven. Before serving, sprinkle with coarse sugar and cocoa.

Olga to ask - you do you do this souffle and how you get? Because mingled as chocolate, eggs, semolina and starch became straight as hard dough :) And it porazredih with milk, now wait to see if I get something :)
