Christmas cabbage

Ingredients
1 sour cabbage
2 onions
2 leeks
150 g walnuts
500 g chicken breasts
500 g bacon
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
salt
sprig rosemary
2 cubes vegetable broth
Method
Cabbage is placed on a large piece of gauze or cheesecloth. Dissolve all the leaves, without departing from the cob. Finely chopped onion and leek sauté in a little oil until golden. Add coarsely chopped walnuts, red and black pepper and a little salt. Chicken breasts cut into long strips and bacon - thin strips. In every leaf is placed first slice bacon slice chicken and 1 teaspoon of onion. Twist dolmas, starting from the inner leaves. Newly formed cabbage is screwed tightly in gauze, put it in a deep pan and pour in water to cover it. Put broth and rosemary and boil over low heat about 40 minutes.
