Christmas macaroons

Ingredients
100 g sugar
2 eggs
300 g walnuts
1 tbsp (10 g) Cinnamon
1 tsp (5 g) nutmeg
pinch of cloves
rind of 1/2 lemon
flour
butter
Method
Sugar is mixed with the eggs. Add finely minced meat or chopped walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, grated lemon rind and flour, so as to obtain a firm dough. Roll out crust and a cup shape or cut the cookies. Place in greased pan and bake in a moderate oven. While still warm, are inserted with a needle woolen thread to be able to hang on the tree.
