Cocoa cake with walnuts

Ingredients
400 g flour
200 g sugar
100 g butter
5 eggs
300 g walnuts
50 g cocoa
1 cup strong coffee
100 ml liquor (I used herbal)
10 g baking powder
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
Yolks of eggs broken with sugar. Add the melted butter, coffee and liqueur. Mix well. Flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder and sieved. The two mixtures were combined. Egg whites are broken down into the snow and carefully added to the dough, without overdo it with stirring. Finally add chopped walnuts. The finished mixture is poured into a greased and floured form with a diameter of 26 cm or pan. Bake in a preheated 180C oven. Once removed from the mold and cool completely sprinkle with powdered sugar.
