Method
Eggs are divided into yolks and whites. Egg whites with 1-2 tbsp sugar is broken down into hard snow and let cool. Court softened with lard and sugar, put in another container with warm water. Stir with a mixer of a cream. Gradually added one by one the yolks, while stirring continuously and add new yolk, after the mixture has fully taken over the preceding one. Add vanilla or lemon juice and one by one the cups of flour. Prepared dough crumbs. Spoon is formed and then with both hands reshapes smooth dough ball (does not interfere on the desktop). For easier rolling out is divided into two parts and on a floured surface, with floured rolling pin roll of sheet thickness 3-4 mm. Cut out shapes optional (in the original form, resembling the outline of the figure 8). Bake in a lightly oiled and floured pan, a small distance from each other, since almost not inflate when baking in a moderate oven until slightly browning (not fully baked). Remove pan from oven, spoon put egg white on each fresh snow again and bake at a low oven until slightly pinkish egg white. While still hot rearranged in the tray to detach easily. Remain to cool completely and then stick with marmalade.

Aunt Ina it as those sweet oil that spraying with jam and blind you to taste or something completely different?

Rossi hard for me to answer you clearly. The products are the same, but the amount and the ratio is different, so the taste is different. Become brittle, and if you stay at least one day of marmalade become softer and even more delicious.

Thanks for the reply, Aunt Ina. Love them these sweet mom for whole buy from these sweet (as I was a little in December :))
