Fried chicken sake

Ingredients
700 g chicken without skin and bones
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sake or vodka
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
pinch of sugar
pinch of salt
cornstarch
Method
Cut chicken small cubes. Mix soy sauce, sake, ginger, sugar and salt and marinate the meat for about 30 minutes. Roll chicken cubes in cornstarch and fry until golden in a large amount of highly heated sunflower oil.
