Fried marinated sausages

Ingredients
400 g mixed boiled sausages
100 g smoked breast (or fat ham)
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup red wine
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp vegetable oil
pepper
lemon juice
pinch grated lemon peel
butter
Method
Sausages are cut into cubes and placed for 24 hours in a marinade of wine, lemon juice, lemon zest, mustard , vegetable oil, finely chopped onion (onion and garlic) and pepper. Then drain and fry in butter until browned along with the diced smoked brisket. Remove the fat and add the marinade and a little water. The sauce boil ten minutes and pour over fried sausages. Serve with steamed rice and season salad or pickles.
