Fried prawns with garlic and lemon

Ingredients
400 g shrimp
4 cloves garlic, minced meat
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 lemons for juice
pepper, salt
Method
Clean shrimp Salt and add black pepper and 1/2 of reconstituted lemon juice. After 20 minutes marinating, heat the butter and the oil and drop the shrimp to fried until they are crispy. At the end of frying, add the crushed garlic, stir and remove from heat. Serve shrimp, meadows with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
