Fried stuffed chicken legs

Ingredients
4 chicken legs or chicken chop
70 g smoked brisket or sausage
60 g melted cheese or feta cheese
fresh lovage
mint or parsley
1 egg
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 tbsp flour
pepper
salt
soy sauce
Method
With a sharp knife cut through the skin and skins of legs. Carefully remove the meat from the bones - so it remains intact chicken steak. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and a little soy sauce and leave for 10 minutes. In each steak put smoked feta cheese or cheese, a piece smoked brisket and chopped fresh leaves of lovage. Steak screw so that the stuffing remains inside edges pinned onto a toothpick. Add some meat in flour and Pat excess. Immerse in beaten egg with a little water, then in breadcrumbs, again Pat excess. Fry in deep fryer or deep pot with more heated fat.
