1 tsp (5 g) of baking soda
200 g feta cheese

Method
Soda dissolved in milk, add the crumbled feta cheese and flour to obtain a soft dough as interfering. The dough was allowed to stand 30 minutes - 1 hour and then rolled into a sheet with a thickness of 0.5 cm, cut into rectangles that are fried in a frying pan with a preheated oil.
