Gingerbread cocktail Chicken

Ingredients
300 g cooked chicken meat (fillet)
150 g apples
150 g canned pineapple
150 g oranges
100 g cashew
1 lemon
pinch ground ginger
pinch of grated nutmeg
Method
Cooked chicken (without skin and bones) cut into small cubes. Then cut apples peeled and cleaned, drained pineapple and peeled oranges. The fruits are arranged in layers in the glasses alternately with chicken. Nuts are finely crushed and diluted with a little pineapple juice from the can, orange and lemon juice to taste. The mixture is seasoned with grated nutmeg and ginger. Cocktails are covered with this sauce and decorate with lemon slices. Serve chilled.
