Goulash with Krakauer

Ingredients
5 Krakauer or other smoked sausage
700 g Sivria peppers, red and yellow
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 onions
100 ml white wine
700 ml beef bouillon
400 g potatoes
170 g cultivated mushrooms
1 tbsp paprika
3 tomatoes
100 g canned beans
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 bay leaves
1/2 bunch parsley
chili, salt, pepper, sugar
Method
Peel the onion and cut it fine strips. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes with a side of about 1 cm. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Wash mushrooms and cut them in two. Cut sausage into slices 1 cm thick. Clear peppers and cut them into pieces. Pour the beans in a colander and rinse well. In a saucepan heat them sunflower oil and gently fry the onion, add the tomato puree and fry lightly. Add the sausage and leave slightly browned, pour the white wine, let the dish simmer for a while. Add broth and tampering with chili powder and paprika. Add the bay leaf and eating potatoes and leave to simmer for about 15 minutes. Then add the tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms and beans and leave again to boil over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Add salt, pepper and sugar. Before serving, add chopped parsley.
