Ice cream layered cake

Ingredients
# For the base:
2 eggs
180 g sugar
160 g flour
5 g bakpluver
vanilla
# For the cream:
2 packets of ice cream powder
chocolate (white or brown)
Coconut

Method
Base: Eggs broken with sugar, add flour with baking powder, vanilla and stir. If it becomes a thick mixture, add a little water and stir again. The mixture is placed on baking paper on a tray and bake in a moderate oven until ready. Once the base is cooled, cut in two. Cream: Ice cream is prepared according to package directions and then cooling, dabbed on first base and is dusted with plenty of coconut. Then put the second base and again dabbed and sprinkled. Put it in the camera to tighten in serving watered with chocolate spread. * Can be used and prepared cake bases.

I have not heard of ice cream powder, may be, just do not know. If you do not find, can be made with ice cream ready? What is this cream that says what is the consistency? Lit now something ice cream, though with us is cool;-)

Ice cream powder like starch, adding the milk from the refrigerator and mix to strong speed would be very thick cream that is placed in the chamber of the refrigerator or in the freezer and so turns into ice cream.

Yes, that is exactly as described akva7. Might have otherwise plain ice cream, I used just one.

cake get very tasty. But I made it with a dry cream, not ice cream powder. The effect is the same in both versions. :)
