Inzhir-ready baklava pastry

Ingredients
500 g fine sheet
180 g butter
1 cup chopped walnuts
600 g sugar
500 ml water
juice of 1 lemon
1 vanilla
Method
The butter melts. Each crust sprinkled with butter and walnuts. Using a rolling pin to roll up, collect lightly curled. The rolling pin is removed and join the two ends, so as to obtain a pretzel. Put it in a greased pan. This makes all the wafers. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C until golden. The sugar and water to boil syrup spilled a drop. Insert the vanilla and lemon juice. Five minutes after the stove pour cold baklava.
