Method

Bravo, Irena! And I do like dish, but add a little onion to mushrooms. Becomes very tasty. Can be served with boiled rice as a side dish.

Girls, this really is a recipe for Kathy appetizers / only that puts and wine /. In different parts of Bulgaria do differently. Usually with three types of meat.
wine I prefer it *internally* - 1-2 cups and white - very clash;)
