Kathy appetizer (Steak with mushrooms)

Ingredients
6 fillet steaks
500 g mushrooms or more optional
4-5 tbsp flour
pepper
juice of 1/2 lemon
sunflower oil
salt

Method
Chops are Add salt and baked in the oven with a little water (about 1/3 cup) and 4 tbsp sunflower oil, cover with foil (after poizpari water fthe oil is removed). Remove steaks and cover, will not dry out. Fat, which are baked strain and place in a pan, where fried mushrooms, add pepper and salt. Mushrooms are removed and fat put the flour. It is necessary to vigorously stirred so as not to burn. Starting to change color - orange, make up water, and again stir constantly. Water up until a dip. It is best to make up portions to provide the desired density. Add black pepper and lemon juice, and salt, if necessary, because salt was supplemented in fat. Bravo, Irena! And I do like dish, but add a little onion to mushrooms. Becomes very tasty. Can be served with boiled rice as a side dish.

You will hear the title, since this recipe my mother made her and she told me that says so, but maybe I'm not remembered :)

Girls, this really is a recipe for Kathy appetizers / only that puts and wine /. In different parts of Bulgaria do differently. Usually with three types of meat.

wine I prefer it *internally* - 1-2 cups and white - very clash;)
